Nick has spent more than a decade building on Blue Yonder (JDA and RedPrairie) WMS, including roles at FedEx Supply Chain and Avnet, and led WMS development at Lineage. He publishes open-source MOCA tooling and writes about practical AI for WMS on LinkedIn.
Where and how we work
Remote-first, with people in Northern California, from Davis and Sacramento to the Bay Area, and in Metro Detroit. We travel for larger projects and also support state and local agencies.
- Implementation over slideware. A working system is the deliverable.
- AI where it earns its place. Rules and integrations first, models where language is the problem.
- Measure before and after. We baseline the problem before we claim an improvement.
- Design for handoff. Ownership, documentation and training are part of the build.
