This page describes the handling of information submitted through Sprint Zero’s website contact and assessment forms.
What we collect and why.
We aim to collect only what is necessary to evaluate and respond to business inquiries.
Name, work email, organization, role, workflow description, optional system/WMS details and contact permission.
To assess engagement fit, respond to your inquiry and coordinate legitimate business follow-up. Inquiry data is not sold.
Static HTML forms use Netlify Forms when enabled. Netlify and hosting infrastructure may process submission data and request metadata.
We discourage credentials, protected customer records and sensitive WMS information in public forms. Confidential technical materials require separate approved channels.
UTM campaign parameters and the submitting page path may be recorded in forms to evaluate marketing sources. We do not install a third-party tracking pixel in this package.
Information is retained for the practical needs of inquiry handling and business records. Request access/correction/deletion by emailing hello@sprintzero.llc; applicable obligations may require certain records to be retained.
This statement may be revised as forms, analytics or vendors change. Review at deployment and when new systems are connected.
